Honeybourne Place, Cheltenham

|

We have designed a striking landmark office building on a sensitive city centre site, situated within a conservation area, and involves significant enhancements to the surrounding urban realm and plaza area adjacent to the site.

The proposals are for a major 6-storey office development which will provide high quality flexible office space(s), which can be subdivided into cellular management offices, meeting rooms or open plan.

At ground level the entrance brings you to a controlled reception area with informal meeting / lounge area.  Male and female showers and lockers are provided at this floor, along with a fully enclosed bike store.  Office space is split into wings with the core area on each floor containing vertical circulation and shared male, female and accessible toilets.

The exterior design is of an exciting contemporary building that makes a real architectural statement with bold forms and high quality materials.  One of the dominant features are the full height glass walls to the corners which will provide varied reflections and lighting effects through the day and evening.  These are counterbalanced by panels of natural limestone cladding on either side of the building.
