We have a dedicated residential team with experience across the housing spectrum. We work with a number of national developers and our architectural services range from preliminary site feasibilities and master planning for larger commercial schemes through to completion. We offer flair and commitment to the design process in balance with the commercial reality required in the housing sector. We have an excellent record of providing working drawing packages where accuracy and speed are a vital requirement. Our experience in other sectors can be of significant advantage in larger schemes where there is a mixed use element.

We also have strong experience of: live/work; supported housing; mixed income communities for Housing Associations; student accommodation for Universities; key worker housing; and in the design of rural and eco-homes.

We remain fully up to date with the aims and requirements of sustainable development and the emerging technologies and practices that are becoming established. We appreciate the value of progressive design and specification that anticipates the evolving needs of clients and users.
