Roberts Limbrick have enjoyed many years of experience dealing with Local Authority Sport and Leisure projects. We clearly recognise that architecture is only one, but a very important, piece of the complex puzzle comprising the development of a successful and sustainable public facility. We immerse ourselves in a level of service that transcends the boundaries of design and construction, enabling us to confidently provide, lead and/or coordinate a service, including:-

Brief development, Site Appraisal, meaningful Feasibility Studies in which we can embrace Leisure Needs, Viability Studies, Business Planning and Funding Issues, whether self-funded, Lottery Sports funded, PPP, PFI, and other forms of public funding and partnering mechanisms.

We want your project to succeed and will provide realistic, practical and appropriate advice.

We have also successfully delivered the following services:

• Technical Advisors to the 4Ps for PFI's and PPP's
• Technical appraisals for Sport England
• Post Lottery Completion Monitoring for Sport England
• Helped to achieve over £50m of Sports Lottery Funding, along with NOF, Football Foundation, Millennium, and other forms of funding
• Public speaker contributions to conferences and conventions.
