A Grade II listed Victorian warehouse has been converted into modern apartments.
The challenge
The Albert Warehouse is a Grade II listed Victorian warehouse in the heart of Gloucester’s historic docks. Built in 1851 it was initially used to store grain. The six floors and roof space of the warehouse were converted into 28 one and two bedroom apartments. Our design conserved original features while creating a modern living space.
