A Grade II* listed hangar was sensitively transformed into a health and racquets club.
The challenge
To sensitively transform the hangar at Hatfield Aerodrome, we held extensive discussions with English Heritage and the 20th Century Society. Facilities include indoor and outdoor tennis courts, swimming pools, squash courts, fitness facilities, meeting rooms, hotel rooms and a bar and restaurant.
